If you've been trying to access your Army webmail, teams or sharepoint from a civilian laptop and haven't had luck- you're not putting your pin in wrong. The Army enhanced security measures for Army 365 services making them inaccessible via civilian laptop without using AVD or Hypori. Here's a link I used to download AVD, follow the instructions- it takes a while to load.
